Strategy

Existing institutions first

Use what already exists first; create new bodies only when the required function cannot be performed adequately.

The proposal

Reuse existing institutions and organisational infrastructure when they can perform the required function; create new bodies only when the functional gap has been demonstrated.

How to read it

Sources identify relevant rights, methods, findings or precedents. They do not automatically establish the full World4Humans formulation. Where the project makes its own choice, that choice remains open to criticism and revision.

Sources and literature

Authority
World4Humans proposal informed by external precedents.
Relationship
Strong existing literature and previous work cover this component; the substantive overlap and transfer boundary still need to be delimited.
