Open content without confusing source, licence and endorsement.
World4Humans applies different licensing rules to different resources. Public editorial pages expressly classified as such are available under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0; publications, datasets, software, technical files and brand assets are governed by the licence or status stated for the individual resource.
Public editorial content
Pages expressly classified as Public Editorial Content are available under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
- You may copy, share, translate and adapt the material for non-commercial purposes.
- You must attribute World4Humans, link to the original resource and licence, and indicate changes.
- Shared adaptations must use the same licence or a Creative Commons-compatible licence.
- Attribution must not imply endorsement, support or official status.
Resource-specific licences
The book VIVERE E PROSPERARE INSIEME v1.19-RC16 was distributed under CC BY-SA 4.0. It is not currently distributed by the site, and that decision applies only to that historical release.
Future publications do not automatically inherit this licence. Papers and preprints have no site-wide default. Datasets, software, source code, build scripts, tooling and technical material require an explicit notice on the individual resource; Creative Commons does not automatically apply to software.
If a resource has no explicit outbound licence and is not in the Public Editorial Content class, no additional public reuse licence is granted beyond rights provided by applicable law.
Brand, provenance and official status
Content licences do not grant rights in the logo, wordmark or Official or Canonical status marks. Factual textual attribution and linking to the source remain possible. An adaptation, fork or reuse must not present itself as official or imply World4Humans endorsement.
Third-party material
Quotations, images, data and other third-party material remain subject to the rights and licences stated by their source. World4Humans does not relicense rights it does not own or control.
Licensing and implementation differ
A licence governs reuse of copyright-protected content. It is not endorsement or legal, political, technical, medical, financial or professional authorisation to implement a proposal described in the materials in the real world. Any application requires the relevant legal basis, expertise, responsibilities, safeguards and authorisations.
Existing grants
A licence already attached to a specific release remains valid for copies distributed under it. In particular, the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence for VIVERE E PROSPERARE INSIEME v1.19-RC16 is not revoked or retroactively restricted.
Public rights registry
The registry makes public rights classes and decisions verifiable. A resource-specific notice prevails over a class-level rule.
