Public means accessible

Public means accessible.

That is why accessibility is a release requirement, not a final polish step. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the design and verification baseline, and checks are repeated whenever structure, navigation or interactions change.

Approach

The site uses an internal test matrix that must be completed before release. The result records checks performed on the product; it does not replace an independent audit of every WCAG criterion and every assistive-technology combination.

Verified viewports

  • 1440 × 900 — desktop
  • 390 × 844 — mobile
  • 320 × 720 — narrow mobile

Accessibility checks

  • Keyboard navigation, visible focus and skip link
  • Semantic landmarks and a single main landmark
  • LTR/RTL layout and non-mirrored brand mark
  • Source-language isolation
  • 200% text zoom and reflow
  • Mobile overflow at 320 × 720 and 390 × 844
  • Ordinary touch targets of at least 44 × 44 px
  • Search and reader navigation in the release flow

Verification report

The report records the scope, checks and limits of the release accessibility verification.

Accessibility is not treated as a permanent label: changes that may affect the experience must be verified in the affected release.
