# World4Humans — Accessibility Verification Report — Phase 9H v0.1

**Report version:** 0.1
**Date:** 26 August 2026
**Scope:** World4Humans public static web prototype, Phase 9H.
**Reference target:** WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the design and verification baseline.

## 1. Purpose

This report records the accessibility and internationalization checks used in the World4Humans Phase 9 / Phase 9H release workflow. It is intended to make the implemented checks and their scope visible to readers and maintainers.

This is an **internal accessibility verification report**, not a third-party certification. It does not claim that an external certification body has audited the site.

## 2. Tested interaction and presentation areas

The release workflow includes checks covering:

- keyboard navigation and logical focus movement;
- visible focus treatment;
- skip-link operation;
- semantic landmarks, including a single main landmark;
- mobile navigation;
- right-to-left and left-to-right layout behavior;
- non-mirroring of the World4Humans brand asset in RTL layouts;
- source-language isolation for substantive source material;
- interface behavior in Italian, English, Arabic and Japanese;
- 200% text zoom and reflow;
- narrow mobile layout and horizontal-overflow checks;
- touch-target sizing, using 44 × 44 px as the ordinary implementation target;
- reduced-motion handling in the shared stylesheet;
- fail-closed routing for unavailable content and versions;
- accessible search and reader navigation in the tested release flow.

The tested viewport set used in the Phase 9 release workflow includes:

- desktop: 1440 × 900;
- mobile: 390 × 844;
- narrow mobile: 320 × 720.

## 3. Release evidence

The Phase 9 release workflow recorded PASS results for the tested accessibility and i18n gates, including keyboard access, skip-link behavior, search accessibility, RTL integrity, source-language integrity, 200% text zoom, touch targets and mobile horizontal overflow.

Phase 9H preserves the shared accessibility foundations and adds a dedicated release-validation gate for the new human-readable information architecture. Any later source change that affects layout, navigation, content structure or interaction must be re-tested before the new release is treated as validated.

## 4. What this report does not establish

The report does not substitute for a complete independent audit of every applicable WCAG success criterion, assistive-technology combination, browser, operating system or device. It also does not turn a test result into a permanent property of future releases: accessibility must be re-verified when the site changes.

## 5. Ongoing accessibility rule

World4Humans treats accessibility as a release requirement rather than a one-time label. The current implementation therefore keeps accessibility checks in the release gate and uses fail-closed behavior when a substantive content variant is not actually available.

Issues found in later testing should be recorded against the affected release and corrected before that release is declared final.
