Requirement

Interoperable public functions

Each function should sit at the simplest level that can perform it well; integration should deepen only when the function genuinely requires it.

The proposal

Place each function at the lowest sufficient level, separate functions where useful and increase integration only where necessary.

How to read it

Sources identify relevant rights, methods, findings or precedents. They do not automatically establish the full World4Humans formulation. Where the project makes its own choice, that choice remains open to criticism and revision.

Sources and literature

Authority
World4Humans requirement using source-specific external authorities.
Relationship
The overlap is partial; the cited sources do not establish full equivalence with the World4Humans formulation.
