Requirement

Effective rights protection

Rights and limitations should follow the relevant legal sources and include concrete procedures for protection and remedy.

The proposal

Apply obligations, limitations, derogations, non-discrimination and remedies according to the relevant source, adding the project’s further criteria without replacing the law.

How to read it

Sources identify relevant rights, methods, findings or precedents. They do not automatically establish the full World4Humans formulation. Where the project makes its own choice, that choice remains open to criticism and revision.

Sources and literature

Authority
World4Humans requirement using source-specific external authorities.
Relationship
An external framework provides a baseline or component; World4Humans adds a separate project-level integration or operational choice.
