Principle

Real autonomy

We see freedom as real only when a person can choose, leave a dependency and challenge power without losing the essentials of life.

The proposal

Freedom requires practical opportunities to leave, choose and challenge without arbitrary dependence on people, organisations or concentrations of power.

How to read it

Sources identify relevant rights, methods, findings or precedents. They do not automatically establish the full World4Humans formulation. Where the project makes its own choice, that choice remains open to criticism and revision.

Sources and literature

Authority
World4Humans proposal informed by external precedents.
Relationship
The overlap is partial; the cited sources do not establish full equivalence with the World4Humans formulation.
